Calling all BIPOC Females! Announcing our Get Certified *as a Personal Trainer* program with FitSquad's Functional Training Coach (FTC-1) certification 😤💪🏽
This certification is a highly practical immersion into the art and science of strength training, but it is also a comprehensive personal training certification that equips you with the knowledge and skills you need to excel in the fitness industry. This program is funded by Nike so it will be FREE for our successful applicants! Dates: Practical Component (In Person Sessions) Dates - June 24 - 26, 2022 Time - 8 AM - 5 PM Address: Fit Squad Training (111 Peter St Unit 102, Toronto, ON M5V 2H1) Applicant Eligibility: 1. Individual must identify as female 2. a) Individual must identify as a BIPOC Female 3. Individual must be at least 16 years of age *Priority will be given to Muslim-identifying females. . |
How to Apply:
• Apply using this link or the button above before May 31, 2022 Inside the Course THEORY - The theory component of the course takes place online and guides you through lectures, written content, and practice quizzes that you can work through at your own pace. PRACTICAL - The 3-day practical component of the course takes place in person at the Fit Squad Training facility and is led by our top coaches. It’s a highly interactive experience that will change the way you think about training. Upon successful completion of the online theory component and after demonstrating competence in the practical component of the course, you will earn the Functional Training Coach credential. Additional Information • Please note that this will be an all-female cohort that will be led by male instructors (with female instructors present) during the practical component. • In order to earn the FTC credential you must a) complete the online theory modules and pass the theory test b) pass the practical exam. |
