Run Club
Our Run Club is a beginner-friendly outdoor program designed for young children and their mothers, creating a welcoming space to build healthy habits together. Meeting at sunrise, sessions take place on a track so everyone stays connected and supported regardless of pace, whether walking, jogging, or running. By keeping the group together, the program fosters community, safety, and encouragement while helping children gain confidence in playing outdoors. Through playful movement, guided support, and consistent early-morning routines, participants develop comfort with outdoor activity, strengthen bonds, and enjoy an inclusive environment that prioritizes fun, confidence-building, and connection.Rise & Run: Summer 2026

Welcome to the Hijabi Ballers Run Club—a beginner-friendly, outdoor program designed specifically for women, girls, and mothers with young children. Whether you are stepping out for a morning walk, jogging with your kids, or building up your running stamina, this is your safe, private, and supportive environment to start your day with movement and sisterhood.

There is no pressure to keep up! You are entirely free to run, jog, or walk at your own pace.
Designed for Mothers & Children
This is a family-friendly space built to help mothers and young children build active, healthy routines together. Through playful movement and a consistent early-morning routine, kids gain confidence in playing outdoors while strengthening family bonds.
Connected & Supported
Because our sessions take place on a closed track, our entire group stays physically connected and close together. No one gets left behind, and everyone feels safe, encouraged, and motivated.
The Post-Run Circle
Every session wraps up with light refreshments, a community snack exchange, and a supportive debrief circle to celebrate our wins and check in with one another.

Who: Women and girls only (all fitness levels welcome!)
When: Sundays at 5:45AM (Rise with the sunrise! Timing will change throughout the season!)
