Run Club
Our Run Club is a beginner-friendly outdoor program designed for young children and their mothers, creating a welcoming space to build healthy habits together. Meeting at sunrise, sessions take place on a track so everyone stays connected and supported regardless of pace, whether walking, jogging, or running. By keeping the group together, the program fosters community, safety, and encouragement while helping children gain confidence in playing outdoors. Through playful movement, guided support, and consistent early-morning routines, participants develop comfort with outdoor activity, strengthen bonds, and enjoy an inclusive environment that prioritizes fun, confidence-building, and connection.
