F-Series is a private, structured strength training program designed to teach foundational movement patterns that translate directly to enhanced health, everyday mobility, and long-term injury prevention. Open to women 18+ of all fitness levels—from absolute beginners to seasoned athletes—these closed-door sessions are led by certified Muslim female trainers who focus on core stability, physical safety, and expert technical cueing, concluding with a healthy snack bar to foster peer connection.

F-SERIES is back for the Summer 2026 season! Whether you are picking up a weight for the first time or looking to refine your lifting technique, our functional strength program provides a safe, private, and supportive environment led by certified Muslim female trainers.
