A functional strength training program designed to teach foundational movement patterns that translate to everyday movements. Our sessions are led by certified female trainers, grounded in community, confidence and strength. F-SERIES: Summer 2026

F-SERIES is back for the Summer 2026 season! Whether you are picking up a weight for the first time or looking to refine your lifting technique, our functional strength program provides a safe, private, and supportive environment led by certified Muslim female trainers.

Expert Coaching: Train under certified Muslim female coaches who have been directly mentored and upskilled by the industry-leading team at FitSquad.
Fueling Your Success: Enjoy our Healthy Snack Bar at the end of every single session—the perfect way to refuel and connect with your fellow athletes.
Program Overview
Duration: June – August 2026

Perfect for both beginners looking for a supportive start and seasoned athletes looking to challenge themselves.

Time: Sundays, 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
June Cohort: June 7 – June 28
July Cohort: July 5 – July 26
August Cohort: August 2 – August 23
